Enter MLS Entry Listing Description
We will start prepare your listing on MLS and upload your photographs (once received) and send you a Listing agreement to place your property on MLS, to place a property for sale on the MLS we must have signed permission of the owner under a contractual agreement as the Listing brokerage firm as per MLS Rules.
Once we enter property live onto the Multiple List Service (“MLS”), no portion of the Flat Listing Fee will be refunded under any circumstance, including your decision to terminate this Agreement. If you terminate the Listing Contract before we enter property into the MLS, then you will be entitled to a full refund minus $100.00 administrative fee, plus the costs of any materials shipped to seller (including shipping costs).
